We run screenprinting and toy making workshops and host guest talks and seminars from two fantastic studios in Melbourne: our own studio in East Brunswick called Harvest Workroom and the other venue is at the Ink and Spindle studio in Kensington. We also produce a label where we use our screenprinting prowess to make hand screen-printed clothing, homewares, yardage handmade costumes and handmade DIY contemporary toy kits" - Harvest Textiles

Yummy Tummy Koala

My work friend: Miz E bring the cutest snack the other day in the office called
Yummy Tummy Koala
(THANKS Miz E!!)

How cute is the packaging?!
and it so smart how they named each type of the mini mud-cake:
Kevin : the caramel mud-cake koala
Cath : the white choc mud-cake koala
and at the last but not least Bruce : the chocolate mud-cake koala

I tried Bruce ;p unfortunately taste wise, it wasn't that great. it was okay for a mud-cake, but then again who am I to review, I am after-all tasted better, gourmet and patissier type of mud-cake (yeah yeah, I'm such a snob when it comes to cakes and sweets :p) and plus I think it targeted for kids (when their taste buds hasn't quite develop yet ;p LOL) good concepts with good individual packaging, totally perfect for kids lunch box!

until next time bloggers! x

Paper Wings

I stumbled upon this interesting website couple weeks back when I was looking through kids clothing inspirations for my kids weeks called Paper Wings. It's such a well thought website with a concepts of children story book. Surprisingly with such a flash interactive/integrated website, it's really fast to load up, with very minimal loading time, which I like!

Paper Wings is a unique children clothing collection with a touch of historical, practical with contemporary and vintage feel. Browsing through the website, reminds me of reading an old children book with a twist of modern feel. Plus the range of the kids clothing is such a whimsical eye candy!

Kids Week: Day 5 - Decor

Decorating a nursery / kids room can be a daunting process. should we paint the room? what sort of wall art should we put up? do this colour match with the other colour? what kinda furniture should we get?

Colours plays a major part in kids room. You don't want to end up with a sulky and dark room at the end. You want something colourful, but without overpowering. Lots of colour without being a clash of psychedelic colours. So I leave you with several room inspirations for your little special ones...

 Happy Weekend everyone!
